COASTAL OYSTER PAINTINGS
Perhaps you have noticed a new muse in some of my recent paintings, yes, I have a current obsession with oysters! I love the gleaming white shells with their pearlessence and pretty purple marks. Fresh oysters have become a family favorite for a special snack with even our 4 year old requesting orders from the raw bar. I’ve created a series of paintings featuring scattered white oyster shells over a deep brown backdrop. These pieces are moody and high contrast. They work well in coastal contemporary space and mesh into any sea inspired decor. I am offering a variety of sizes from small table top paintings to large statement pieces.
