Oyster Bar is a large 24x24 acrylic and oil pastel painting on thick gallery wrapped canvas. The piece has lots of texture which is highlighted by the high gloss finishing varnish. The painting is coastal, and modern with a monochromatic black and white feel. It is inspired by my recently acquired love for fresh oysters. It will be on view at Pineapple Gallery in Flagler Beach for the Micro to Macro exhibition beginning June 2023
